HAVANA TIMES – Warm days can be expected in the capital during this 7-day forecast period, with humid winds from the south to southeast and a high sensation of heat. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will occur in the afternoons.

The winds will be weak, with speeds between 6 and 12 mph. The maximum temperatures will be between 31 and 32° C (88 and 90 F), while the low temperatures will oscillate around 24° C (75 F). The sea surface temperature will be 27° C (81 F).

Meteorological conditions:

A cold front extends over the northwest of the Gulf of Mexico. It will continue to move southeast over the next 24 hours. Although this front is expected to dissipate without reaching the northwest of the Caribbean Sea, the rains and storms associated with the prefrontal trough will be happening over the northwestern part of Cuba through Thursday.
