Spoken Word Fest in Havana July 8-14
HAVANA TIMES — The 2nd Havana Spoken Word Festival takes place on July 8-14 with the presence of several international guest artists.
Among the foreign participants are the Norwegian Sarah Camille Osmundsen, and a show with paintings, documentaries and recitals from Costa Rica.
The festival takes place under the slogan of “Poetry: action and words.”
The Cuban participants include Carlos Alberto Tejeiro (El Fígaro) and Elier Álvarez (El brujo), Luz de Cuba, and winners of European “slam” festivals, reported Prensa Latina.
