Cuba and Venezuela Electric Power Cooperation

HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 25 – Representatives of the Cuban and Venezuelan governments said they were pleased with how the 23 agreements in the electric power sector are working out, which have made it possible to improve the maintenance of networks, the installation of new equipment and the recovery of others in the South American country, the press reported after a meeting in Caracas. • Nice to see the synergy of teamwork demonstrate important, concrete results. Of course, technological infrastructure development like this doesn’t have so much to do with socialism, as simply catching up with the imperialist metropole countries. It’s in HOW technology is ORGANIZED in new ways — not just having it set up like others do.
