    Don’t be too hard on ETECSA – remember it has to give a 27% cut to RAFIN SA. The up-keep of the Castro family yachts is not insignificant and those visits by family members to the expensive resorts on the Mediterranean have to be funded. Who better to fund them than the people of Cuba.
