HAVANA TIMES — A surface storm extends from western Cuba to a low pressure center located north of the coast of Honduras. This weather system is associated with the northern part of a tropical wave that was moving west in the Caribbean Sea during the last 24 hours. This situation causes atmospheric instability, with a high chance of rain in the western region of Cuba that includes the capital.

Winds will be from the south, with moist air from the Caribbean Sea, with speeds below 30 km / h. The relative humidity exceeds 90% especially in the first half of the forecast period.

The maximum temperature will range around 28 to 29° C (82 F to 84 F) and the minimum will be about 23° C (73 F).

The sea surface temperature will be 28° C (82 F).
