HAVANA TIMES – In the climate of Cuba, April is referred to as the last month of the dry season, although it is really a month of transition between the dry season and the rainy season. While it is true that in April a cold front can arrive to the territory, it begins to feel the influence of more humid and warm winds from the south.

For this week long period, the capital will be under the influence of weak pressure changes affecting the whole country as feel. This will result in weak variable winds, heat and due to the moisture content, afternoon showers.

Temperatures will remain stable around 33° C (91° F), the first days and then down to 31° C (88° F) on Wednesday.. The lows will range about 22° C (72° F).

The sea surface temperature is at 26° C (79° F).
