HAVANA TIMES — Today we visit the city of Regla, located across Havana Bay from the heart of the Cuban capital. Characteristic of the town are narrow streets, time weathered homes with tile or fibrocem roofs.

Some of its inclined streets look similar to Santiago de Cuba. There is also La Colina Lenin (Lenin Hill), with its monument dedicated to the Russian leader of yesteryear in this town that’s almost as old as historic Old Havana.
